Rep. Alicia “Liish” Kozlowski (they/them) is serving their first term representing eastern Duluth. At the Capitol, they serve in the Capital Investment, Economic Development Finance and Policy, Housing Finance and Policy, and the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee driving an inclusive and thriving economy, affordable housing, climate justice and good paying union jobs, education equity, and critical infrastructure across the state.

As the first non-binary/Two Spirit person at the legislature, they proudly co-created the first Queer Caucus in the DFL party and was elected Vice Chair of the People of Color and Indigenous (POCI) Caucus advancing gender freedom and racial equity.
