My name is Jessica Navarro. For the past eight years, Faribault has been home to me and my two children, but my family's roots in this community stretch back over 15 years.I hold an associate's degree & bachelor's degree in social work. 2010, I survived a traumatic car accident caused by a drunk driver, which left me severely disabled. For nearly two years, I relied on a wheelchair and had to relearn even the most basic tasks. The accident also transformed me from being right-handed to predominantly left-handed. Since then, I've been on a journey of learning and adaptation, striving to navigate life with my disability and achieve as much independence as possible
